Nicole Mirjanich

Nicole Mirjanich is an associate with the firm of Rachlis Duff & Peel, LLC. She has worked on a variety of commercial litigation matters including actions involving contract claims, corporate and partnership disputes, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty, in both state and federal courts. Ms. Mirjanich has also worked on matters involving franchise law and federal equity receiverships.
