Biography

Ed Durham, a former name partner has rejoined the firm in an of counsel position. Mr. Durham was with the firm shortly after its inception through 2012. After leaving the firm, Mr. Durham obtained a Master’s Degree in Education and spent several years as a full time social studies teacher for High School and Middle School students, before deciding to return to the practice of law.

Mr. Durham has trial and appellate experience in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. He has been counsel in commercial cases involving intellectual property, contractual, construction, partnership, and receivership disputes. Mr. Durham has also worked as co-counsel in Section 1983 suits on behalf of plaintiffs and cases involving significant public interest and constitutional law issues.
